Together, we’ll develop a program tailored especially to you. My approach may be a bit different than what you’re accustomed to. To find the right routine for you or to get you through any plateaus you’re currently experiencing, I’ll use muscle confusion principle, along with a combination of other principles, because the goal is to always keep the muscles guessing. When muscles are subject to the same stresses time and again, they adapt to the exercise, which then becomes ineffective. When you get bored with your routine, working out becomes a chore.


Every one of my clients is different, and what works for you may not work for another. There are no cookie-cutter approaches here, no canned workout routines or nutrition programs. I’ll design a program to ensure it fits your lifestyle and it motivates you.
